Meet Peter Mueller, Founder & Owner
With a passion for building, buildings, and people dating back to college, Pete started his career as an electrician's assistant, quickly expanding his knowledge in home-related trades. He then transitioned into construction management, leading one of Chicago's largest non-profit residential firms and developing hundreds of housing units in the Chicagoland area.
Pete's love of art and craftsmanship led him to open an art gallery and framing shop. A few years later, Pete returned to his interest in residential real estate, specializing in high-end luxury construction.
Since then, Pete has expanded his services to include vacation home management, new home ownership, and real estate support. So whether you need assistance maintaining your home or want to ensure your vacation home is in the best shape, Pete and his team are here to provide exceptional service and peace of mind.
Our Process
Whether you have a primary residence, a vacation home, or a second home, we understand what makes your home run smoothly.
Our process is simple:

One of our designated Property Managers will be assigned to your home. We'll meet you at your property to learn how we can best support you and your family.

We’ll provide two main plans for your home. You can choose one or both: (1) a custom maintenance schedule and (2) a list of projects you want to complete.

You'll receive regular updates from our team.

Depending on your needs, we work with your preferred vendors, recommend our partners, or do the work ourselves. Each property is unique!
